Common questions
Our tutors are trained on CBC competency strands, strand units, and learning outcomes as defined by the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD). Sessions are structured to develop the seven core competencies: communication, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, citizenship, learning to learn, and self-efficacy, with assessments matched to KNEC's evaluation framework for each grade level.
We provide structured KPSEA preparation for Grade 6 learners, covering all assessed learning areas: Literacy Activities, Mathematical Activities, Environmental Activities, Hygiene and Nutrition, Creative Arts, and Religious Education. Tutors use KNEC-aligned assessment tools and practice tasks throughout the programme.
All secondary tutors are assessed on current KNEC marking schemes before joining the platform. Preparation covers past paper analysis, examination technique, time management, and full concept coverage from Form 1 through Form 4, aligned to the current KICD-approved syllabus for each subject.
We cover all CBC Junior Secondary learning areas: Mathematics, English, Kiswahili, Integrated Science, Social Studies, Pre-Technical and Pre-Career Education, Creative Arts and Sports, Agriculture and Nutrition, and Religious Education, delivered by tutors familiar with the competency-based assessment approach at this level.
Payments are accepted in Kenyan Shillings via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card. All transactions are processed through the HPS platform and confirmed within 24 hours. Tutors are paid by HPS, so families are protected at every stage of the engagement.
We serve families in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, Meru, and additional counties. Where a local tutor is not immediately available, we arrange online sessions at the same standard rate, delivered via video call.
